Get Certified in Facilitating Performance Improvement Initiatives

an Introduction

July 14th at noon eastern, Free

The Performance Improvement Facilitator Learning & Performance Journey both prepares you and attests to your ability to guide groups inside your organization and across organizations in collaborative performance improvement and innovation. Those who successfully complete the PIF-LPJ and the embedded project focused on each participant’s chosen complex performance challenge receive the Certified Performance Improvement Facilitator credential conferred by The Institute for Performance Improvement and the International Society for Performance Improvement. Participants apply their learning and tools to their chosen project, and work together in the series, across sectors (industry, government, non-profit, etc.) to apply their collective efforts to improvements and innovations for:

  •  Eliminating skills shortages
  • Creating accessible career paths
  • Overcoming barriers to accessible education and career preparation
  • Aligning education and training with job requirements
  • Automating and redesigning jobs for today's workforce
  • Using Sector Partnerships aligned with education to develop robust, diverse and skilled talent pipelines

The 10-course program starts August 31st and ends December 15th.  You will learn to guide groups as they uncover the depth and scope of the problem; identify and leverage industry, education, and community resources; design feasible solutions; and implement those solutions with fidelity.   Each assignment comes with a proven process, supporting tools, and a rubric to judge your ability.   Experience for yourself why others said:

    • You consistently model the skills and techniques you are teaching.
    • The tools and templates can be used immediately.
    • You connected the dots between industry and education.
    • Why have I not had this training sooner in my career? I could have been much more effective,
