Description: The program introduces proven practices for planning and conducting coaching conversations with under-performers.  Course completion includes a certificate of completion.

Details: Deb Page guides you in how to analyze individual’s performance, determine what behaviors must change and the consequences to the individual and the organization. The workshop builds capacity in addressing tough issues and guiding under-performers to do what needs to be done to meet performance targets. Practice with feedback will help reduce the anxiety associated with addressing under performance and help you guide the types of conversations which get the right results.
