Helping Communities Solve Real Problems: Stepping Up

September 16th at 12PM Central

There is a growing need for people with different expertise, perspectives, and resources to work together to address complex challenges that no single organization, sector, or community can solve alone.  In the age of AI, information and potential solutions are increasingly accessible.  The greater challenge is distinctly human: bringing the right people together to make sense of complexity, exercise sound judgment, align around what matters, and turn collective expertise into sustained performance.

Hale has been working with The Institute for Performance Improvement (TIFPI) to prepare and certify professionals to facilitate this work with a performance focus.  Collaborative Human Performance Facilitators learn to help diverse groups distinguish symptoms from contributing factors and root causes; engage the stakeholders whose expertise, influence, and resources are essential; navigate differing perspectives; identify effective and feasible solutions; and maintain the alignment, commitment, and momentum required to turn collaborative decisions into results.

Join Judy to explore this emerging professional practice, why collaborative human performance matters more in the age of AI, and how your existing expertise might equip you to contribute in new and increasingly valuable ways.
